Inmagic will offer existing users of its DiscoveryMagic suite an opportunity to upgrade to the LiveNote-Inmagic solution at a special rate. Thus, at a break, the attorney can quickly jump to marked testimony, see how it meshes with documents and other depositions in the case, and assess whether to clean up, lock in, or leave alone answers before the witness is excused from the deposition.
Once in the system, testimony can be viewed in tandem with the remainder of the case evidence contained in the laptop. DB/TextWorks is now able to load LiveNote annotations into the database.
